Before any metal is cut, every Avant Garde design lives inside our software. Finite Element Analysis shows us exactly where a wheel could bend, twist, or concentrate stress, mapping load across the entire structure so we can find the weak point and engineer it out, all before manufacturing begins. By the time a design earns production, it’s already survived everything we could throw at it.

Then we prove it in the real world. Every design meets the industry-recognized JWL standard. Every wheel is pressure-tested in a purpose-built water tank and X-ray scanned to catch flaws too small for the eye to ever find.

Because we engineer and manufacture in-house, we design vehicle-specific fitments: wheels developed for your exact application, not adapted to it.
